How to get rid of dry skin 






 




No long paragraphs just simple tips to improve your skin.

 

  
  1. Add dairy products more in your diet as these have beneficial effects in weight loss. Consume at least half kg yogurt.


2.     No spicy food at all during the weight loss period.

3.     Take one spoon honey and mix it with some drops of lemon   and rose water half spoon. Apply for fifteen minutes .it will help to lessen the dryness.


4.       Apply moisturizer before the makeup. This will give your skin moisture.
