bassan chan kar soda aur lal mirch mix karain sath he chiken cubes bhi mila dain.basaan main itna pani dal kar phaint len k aik bangan par charhaen to aik bareek si tah ban jaye..bangan dho kar khusk kar lain aur ajwaeen ko bareek pees kar en bangan k pieces par dal dain.
en tukron ko bassan main dabo kar fry karain. tea k sath serve karain.
