Red Meat And Health Risks
Red meat due to its good taste is consumed so much but recent research show that it is hazardous too. the persons who are consuming red meat in access are more likely to have dangers of becoming victmised by the Cancer as reported by the New York Times.
this is very recent analysis published and says that red meat invites heart diseases and cancer.
121,342 men and women were involved in this study.
In simple words I would say that it says that every ounce of red meat take you closer to your death, cardiovascular disease and cancer.
according to new Researches scientists have found some type of bacterium present in the red meat that can cause food poisoning.It is present in lamb,pork meat.
besides other dangerous components present in the red meat it contains something called
carnitine that is said to be responsible for the hardening of the arteries and hence leading to heart diseases. research done by nature medicine.
this crnitine when processed by bacteria in the gut makes it more harder and making it unfavorable for the body. people consuming more vegetables then the meat are less likely to be victim of this thing.
moreover recent studies have shown that red meat causes mortality rate high. people are likely to have premature deaths due to the red meat consumption.while on the other hand people consuming fish ,turkey and chiken are more likely to have a long and healthier life.it beause when you cook red meat some cancerous compuonds are produced and second thing it has more quantity of cholestrol so it leads to breast and cholestrol cancer according to the washington post.

we are living in the age of fashion and all we want is a slimmer and smarter body that looks so wonderful and gives a catchy looks..so when we are doing some things to gain such body. Some are exercising which is a healthy habit ,some are taking supplements on which I will talk later and some are even skipping breakfast for this. skipping breakfast is becoming a trend now and people even boast on it. while in fact this thing is going to take them closer to death .
I will talk about the skipping of breakfast and its health issues.

according to The Washington Post, a new research says that skipping breakfast may cause hear attacks in the later ages.
according to the research study of old men reveals that those who skipped breakfast for regular were more likely to be victim of heat diseases.
this research was done on over 27,000 old men about the eating habits they had in 1992.13 % of them skipped breakfast regularly .
In later times after 16 years,most of the men who had skipped breakfast were victim of heart attack .on the other hand 7% of the men who skipped breakfast had heart attacks and 6% for the men who took breakfast regularly...
and most alarming thing is that according to the newspaper 18% of the U.S citizens are not taking breakfast.
According to scientist not taking breakfast slows the metabolism and those who don't take breakfast are for weight loss are at big risk of increased hunger in the later time of the day.

thing about the new setting of facebook is that anyone can message you and you
are getting so much spam messages. Now obviously you can stop those bothering

According to
me fb is a great source of rumors. I have seen people making page and spreading
false news and information about celebrities, politicians. Many things that are
impossible are made possible by Photoshop and is accepted by many. This also tells
us that we cannot rely on info on fb.
Interruptions
Anyone in
your friend list even if totally unknown interrupts with your plans and programs.
According to
a study spending one hour on net increases average stress level to 1 percent
increase.

of social circles are lost and 0.4 % felling of loneliness is increased.

Electronics you
are using for facebooking produce electromagnetic fields(EMF) and are absorbed by our body so this can
result in disturbance of normal body

are mostly used while facebooking that can cause cancer if exposure is long. The
radiations are emitted by the cell phone even it off and these can harm your
brain. So you should not place your cell phone under your pillow while sleeping

ingredients
Aloo?potatoes: half kg
knorr chicken cubes: 2
corn flour: rafhan oil
peal the potatoes and cut into finger chips size . place in ice cold water for some time and then dry.
mix chicken cubes in some warm water and pour it on the potatoes.

Meethe roti
flour/Atta:
2 cup
Sugar: 1
cup
Baking powder: 1/4
tea spoon
Eggs: 2
Warm milk: 1 cup
oil/ghee: ½ cup
Mix atta /flour with baking powder, now mix eggs and sugar you have to mix it with hands
Need this with warm milk
Mix some oil in it too.
Don’t need this too much
Now make small chapattis
Bake it. Enjoy J

Chicken boneless: half kg (in cubes)
Yogurt: 3 table spoon
(large)
Red paper: half tea spoon
Tikka masala: 1 tea spoon
Oil:
as required (very small amount)
Chili garlic
sauce: ½ cup
Hari chatni: 1 cup
Mix all the ingredients
and cook with some water until meat is cooked. When water gets dried its ready
to use.
Makes some small
chapatis of needed dough. Bale it over tawa.pur some oil on the sides so that
it becomes crispy. When paratha is cooked, Spread all the material on the chapatti
and bake it and sauce and chatni and
roll it.
